Festive Afternoon Tea
Our Festive Afternoon Tea is a real treat and a perfect way to relax and enjoy the festive spirit! Served in Pier 37 Bar or Hobson's Restaurant, take in the lovely Marina views while you enjoy tasty festive sweet treats and savoury menu options. Children are very welcome to come along too and we have a special Kids Afternoon Menu for our younger guests. We also cater for special dietary requirements. Hobson's Restaurant
Located on our first floor overlooking The Mall and the Marina, Hobson's offers the best views in Waterford city for dining. We will be offering both a Christmas Lunch Menu and a Christmas Dinner Menu throughout December at Hobson's which will feature the best of local produce. We are pleased to support local and national food suppliers and all our Beef is of Irish origin. Our December Early Bird Menu is also on offer from Sunday through to Thursday nights inclusive from 5pm to 6.30pm arrival times.
Pier 37 Bar & Grill
Throughout December, Pier 37 Bar & Grill will offer an All Day Menu and tasty Dessert Menu for guests looking to catch up with loved ones, take a break from city shopping and Winterval, or simply enjoy some quality time together. On some dates, due to very high demand, tables will be offered on a walk-in only basis.
New Year's Eve
To mark the arrival of 2025, we will have a very special Dinner Menu in Hobson's Restaurant from 6pm onwards. Join with loved ones for this special occasion with wonderful city views, fine food and warm and welcoming service. Advance reservations for New Year's Eve are essential.
