Was here for the weekend with the lovely Ursula and some of our family. Well, what can I say! An absolutely wonderful weekend in a great hotel. Rooms are fab, spacious and spotless. The food was gorgeous and there is a wide variety of dishes. What really makes this hotel stand out is the music and the staff! There was live music in the bar both nights that we stayed and it is arguably the best music I’ve had the pleasure of listening to and singing along with. We even took to the dance floor! Whoever manages this hotel must be a wonderful team because it filters all the way through to the personnel on the ground.

Customer Service at it's Best!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Just wanted to give you some feedback from our weekend away. Had a group booking under my name for a number of rooms, mix of couples, families and some single people. Firstly, from the initial conversations with Tony in reservations, so easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble and followed up to ensure we had a table booking on the Friday night as he advised it would be very busy. Your reception, bar staff and floor staff were so enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble. We had no restaurant booking for the Saturday night and you were entirely booked out, but they managed to fit us in. Food over the whole weekend was superb, we all agreed on that.

Another Memorable Stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A great stay had again this weekend, Had a lovely meal in the bar with the ever helpful Debbie.. huge bedroom that fitted all the family, the kids even had enough room to wrestle one another haha.. Caroline on the desk keeps the place ticking over while keeping that smile going all day, with always a kind word or a piece of local advice, great country hotel, see you again soon.

Another 5* stay @ The Tower Hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We recently celebrated a family occasion at Hudson's Restaurant in The Tower Hotel & as a surprise we booked in for the night… Everything from check in to check out was amazing as always, another fantastic stay. We are a family of 5 & had a spacious family room with a double, 2 singles & a camp bed. All staff went above and beyond to make my daughter’s day special.

Our hearts and belly's are full ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We are just waiting to check out after a 2 night stay all I can say is our hearts are full. From the management to the staff I can honestly say it's been the best time. We had a family room, myself my Dad and my 2 nieces. Gorgeous room, the height of cleanliness, great tea and coffee selection, bottles of water. Whatever we needed they provided it. The staff on all levels couldnt do enough for you. Always with a smile, nothing at all was a bother.

Great family trip ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Myself, my husband and our 2 year old stayed here for 2 nights. Everything about the stay was fantastic start to finish. We stayed in a suite and it was absolutely perfect. The view of Reginalds Tower and the River is lovely. We ate in the bar both nights, the food was gorgeous and they have a great kids menu. The staff were also so nice and friendly especially to our small one. We used the pool which conveniently has a family changing room.

Wonderful stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful stay at the Tower hotel, celebrating a family birthday. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The service in the restaurant was excellent and the food delicious. The location is perfect, with amazing views of the river. I would highly recommend.

I stayed in the tower hotel for two night it was fantastic the good was beautiful the breakfast had a great selection the staff were lovely very helpful nothing was to much and the room was very comfortable we had everything we needed thank you to all the staff for making are stay so nice.
